How do you like the Duffalo bar? Is it great for training? Good to see you are still strong and recouped. I just read about your injuries.

Thanks brother , I’ve come to the realization that the duffalo bar should be used in competition , I’m serious the pressure it relieves on my shoulders elbows and wrists are dramatic

Thanks brother, as long as I keep my elbows aligned and narrow it feels fine, if I go to wide with heavyish weight it becomes bothersome. I guess the years of Klokov presses helped.
