Cable Rows tricep pushdowns

I can’t pull them press , since I tore my bicep the pulling stretches it out and it gets sore then benching is miserable

Do rows bother the bicep Matty? That’s what killed mine between the time I tore it and had surgery.

With BB rows, as long as its overhand it seems ok. DB rows effect it as my arm starts to weaken quickly. Im thinking that the pulling puts added stress on other tendons wherein the bicep may still be attached. After heavy pulling the bicep feels like jello and gets sore.

Squat - worked up my planned opener of 465 felt fine in wraps are so effing annoying

Nothing else of note holding back on bench and most likely pulls for the rest of the week to let my bicep get rest
