I would have to skip a meet if I couldn’t use false grip. So engrained at this point full grip feels too awkward.

Nice work Matty. It’s funny how the change in grip can affect things. Unlike you two guys, I’d probably kill myself with the false grip.

Not easy to train when you’re not feeling it. Great that you didn’t give up and go home.

I hear ya dude, its my normal inclination to go false, but I have to rewire my brain for the upcoming meet.

Talk to the network geeks. Yes, I can call them that because I am one. I have one system at my desk that sits behind the filter and one that is wide open…for testing purposes, of course. Which is actually a true statement. The fact that I can logon to this site is just an added benefit.

Thanks Fellas…Meet prep is going well, joined a second gym a new powerhouse, it has great equipment, platforms for pulling, tons of bumper plates chains, power racks, bands, a brand new FTS Yoke Bar and a brand spanking new Elite FTS Bench, its awesome, so awesome I tried to have sex with it lol. Even has one of those attachments for my Meadows Rows! and DBs go up to 200lbs.

Of note I hit a 435 squat with Sleeves only which was a real confidence booster last week. Bench is up and down and pulling is going well, my last pulling session I hit 465 off of a deficit for reps.

Hit 315x3 on the Front Squat today, gonna do some speed pulls on Sat after that Im gonna coast…

Strong work Matt. Looking forward to seeing the numbers you put up at your meet. Big brother just block this site at work for me as well.
