Sooo, its just not worth updating the log for the past two weeks, nothing special going on. Hit 320 for 2 paused on the bench, so afterI think close to 2 years, my bench is coming up albeit slowly.
My last training session yesterday: Week 5 day 4
DL x2 @9 RPE - wut 505x2@9
12% Fatigue Drop - 455x3x2
GM - wut 315x5
Lat Pulldowns, Kayak Row, Tris
for the month of May, Intesity will remain but volume will drop, possibly just one drop set and no fatigue drop sets, Ill drop OH press for the month.
