This story was all over local radio shows here today, getting the roasting it deserved(the ones I listened to at least). One guy that call in stuck out though, he mentioned that the process for his trial ended up taking several years(didn’t give an exact number) and cost 50 grand in court fees(not counting damages or anything else) which were not recouped when he was acquitted(which he was). I wonder if the female had similar court costs(although her ‘damages’ would be almost nil I’d imagine).
The judicial system and society as a whole is misandrist, nothing new with that.

i agree that our judicial system needs some major help in the case of rape. about 2 years ago this happened to one of my good friends at college and i remember him getting the all and telling me not to go out that we were waiting for the cops to come get him. they picked him up and gave me all his stuff. there were about 10 of us that were interrogated on the whole ordeal and it ended up the girl was lying. she got off with a slap on the wrist whereas he could have gone to jail for a long time. somethings definitely wrong here.

I hated this story even more the first time when it happened in North Carolina. Black bitch, white guys who didn’t do anything, and overzealous DA.
