ok-slight rule change . My good boss who you all know as Charles Staley has given me tomorrow off as well so I can go Xmas party. Coach Staley has had a HUGE impact on my training and numerous others that I train. The only missing ingredient in my Staley toolbox is EDT! I would put it to great use!
