Highland Games & V-Diet

I am starting my throwing practices for the Highland Games heavy events now that it is getting warmer outside. I am curious of how that would fit in with the training plans for the V Diet. The training is more technique focused so should I look at it like just additional NEPA or would I incorporate half servings of Surge? I have crumbled in the past on the V Diet because of tying to do too much cardio type training and I don’t want to make that mistake again. Thanks for any help you can give.

Treat the training as NEPA…during my V-Diet Chris recommended I not do the NEPA walks on day I attended boxing classes but keep the NEPA on all other days including weight training days.

Thanks for the reply. That is what I figured. Right after I hit the “Submit” button I also thought that it would be good to time the BCAAs so I would take them right before the session began. Thanks man.
