I am on micro dose Testosterone Injections 2x Weekly. My Testosterone levels are 850 and E2 is 5 currently. I been taking Anastrozole 1mg weekly. Anyone recommend anything to raise E2 quickly? I also take 300mg HCG week.
Stop taking the AI and take it from there.
I assume you mean 300IU HCG per week? If so thats about half the typical ball maintenance dose. Is it enough for you?
Micro-dose is usually considered daily, don’t really think of 2x weekly as micro dosing. Are you taking a very small amount each time?
You could up your HCG to about 1000iu at a time for a bit. And stop the AI. Should take a few weeks to bounce back
Currently split dosage of 112mg testosterone on Monday and 112 of testosterone on Thursday.

Is there any supplements that help raise Low E2?
DHEA increase estrogen in men, but increases testosterone in women.
Also more T equals more E2.

How many mg to start with on DHEA?
As per your other thread, you’re on 1mg AI weekly and your E2 is 5.
The DHEA is a band aid fix. Stop or lower the AI dosage and E2 will climb.
What does your doctor think about this?
I’ve heard suggested to start with 10mg daily and work up to 25mg. I have not started yet, but am considering giving it a go
Yea I’m going to lower it and if it still does not help will get off of it until I start getting bloated and signs of high e2.
