High T levels

Hi there-I am new to T Nation and had some questions regarding TRT. I am 46 yo male and about a year ago began taking some testosterone cream as I was feeling sluggish and not myself. My Testosterone was down below 300. After a few months on the cream my T levels went up to 850 then came back down to 550 after 6 months.

My doctor suggested trying pellets which I started in late Decemeber and after a month my levels were at 1360 which seems super high. I have not had them tested since late January but have noticed my anxiety has picked up, I am felt some rounds of dizziness and also had some aches in the scrotum. Has anyone else experienced these symptoms from TRT…especially if your levels are high like mine?

How do I reply to a message on here can someone tell me what button to hit?

Hey! No worries, balls pain and dizziness is mostly because of E2 fluctuations. You can get shaky hands and out of breath feeling also.
I have pain mostly like 99% of the time in my left ball. Its mostly always the left one.

Otherwise, i had anxiety when my E2 was way too low. But i had other very serious problems also. So me personally, i would say, the hormonal changes in our body can influence a lot of things.

Are you not taking AI-s do you?

creams are garbage, pellets for a guy your doc can’t be serious. go injections T enanthate or propionate(if you like ED)

These are normal T values. Why did you stop the cream? I used Androgel or Testim for years and felt fine before switching to testosterone cypionate.

It is abnormally high and I’m not surprised you don’t feel well. I once tested at 1500 ng/dl with 10 g Androgel per day in 2005, didn’t feel well, and my dose had to be lowered.
