At the end of 3rd week of my first cycle. Running 600mgof test e a wk. I have aromasin on hand but as of yet I haven’t really experienced any sides.
About an hour ago I started experiencing blurry vision in my left eye, which has since subsided. While the vision was still blurry I went and got my BP checked and it was 138/81.
As far as dieting I eat very clean but I usually add a lot of salt to my food and today specifically was an instance where I had to resort to store bought oat bars and vegetarian protein shake instead of my normal powder. The store bought shake has 10% of daily sodium whereas my powder is at 3%. I’ve had 3 of them today so odds are my sodium is exceptionally high compared to normal.
I’m not currently experiencing any gyno symptoms nor has any other noticeable side effects shown themselves.
Any thoughts?
I definitely skipped exercising today in hopes to not hurt myself and to hopefully pinpoint the cause.
138/81, while not good isn’t even clinically high enough blood pressure to diagnose hypertension, you are in a pre-hypertensive state. The most likely cause of your increased blood pressure is the testosterone… BP increase is a known side effect of anabolic steroids. Before taking extra medication such as AI’s or BP lowering meds, which many will jump to, see if you can lower your BP with a more natural approach, there are a variety of supplements that have been shown to have a positive impact on blood pressure, such as COQ-10 etc.
Don’t stop eating salt, that’s a terrible idea, I hate it when people completely eliminate sodium from their diet, same with carbohydrates, both are essential for your body to maintain homeostasis, the whole no carb thing is such a fucking terrible, stupid damn fad and people need to realise that not all carbohydrates are bad. If you are eating TOO MUCH sodium you may reduce your sodium intake, but don’t eliminate it.

Spoken like a pro, sir. @unreal24278
Bit of a pointless rant at the end IMO but I’ve definitely gotten some value here.
Thank you.
Just added hawthorne berry, cayenne extract, and CoQ10 to my regiment. I’ll also start donating blood regularly to reduce pressure and potentially help with blood thickness.
