High Pull Variations

CT is there any kind of variation you can recommend for the snatch-grip high pull? I shattered my toe 2 months ago and I had still been training the high pull this past month without much pain or problem but since my strongman show is coming up I want to let it repair since one of the events is a fire truck pull.

Is there any movement I can perform without screwing up the mechanics?

Also since you like explosive movements how do you feel about things like dimel reads for hamstring development instead of rdl’s at the end of the high pull workouts?
