Not as pretty as nachos but, 1.75lbs of sirloin in 3 steak and cheese quesadillas should qualify. Maybe?

I have not noticed a difference either. I usually keep the egg in for even more protein, plus it keeps everything together in both meatballs and meat loaf.

Just out of curiosity how many grams of protein need to be in a meal to qualify for “high” protein?
My vote is over 30 per serving and protein at least in the ballpark of being equal to carbs.
