I was really happy with my form on these for once until the last set. My back curved completely and I left the bar drift from me. My plan with conventional pulls for the next few months will be to use straps and work at weights I can keep my technique clean with.

Inspired by Spidey’s great looking front squats. These felt great after the first set. I used an olympic type grip and went deeper than normally.

weight is ~200 lbs in the morning. I’m trying low fat high carb moderate protein again…that seemed to work the best for recomping and lean gains for me in the past. The bodybuilding work and cardio will help too.
