I don’t think your going to get allot of feed back on this thread. As you may or may not have noticed. Because , the demographic your trying to reach isn’t the types that comes into the over 35. Understand, im not putting you down but the majority of guys and gals whom hang there hat in here are mostly old Meat heads.( Which I say with pride). Majority of whom would tern there noses up at the mention of a Fitness routine such as the ones you show. You would get better feed back from another site other then T nation. You would be served better if you would seek feed back on a more Fitness oriented site and not the more hardcore fringe sites like T nation.
