Dysbiosis very often stimulates an immune response.
lot of people probably have very low Vitamin A levels from their diet, which makes you more acne prone
Vitamin A deficiency after a “few weeks” on a new diet?
no, just in general
I think acne has a random aspect to it if you have low vitamin A levels (so OP might be having just a random breakout)
The only reliable way for me to break out would be to drink regular soda (with corn syrup), honey, or other processed carbs (bread)
don’t think it is “random” given that some hunter-gatherer societies have no acne

No real science behind the following, but hunter-gatherer societies also tend to relax more. Moreover the constant in the varying “paleo” diets appears to be behavioral rather than any macro dominance(from what little reading I have done). So, I don’t think it is right to blame diet as the main cause, because similar profiles have been seen with different diets.
With that are you saying, the problem is accentuated by low Vit levels?
None the less your recommendation of getting addressing vitamin levels is great, particularly Vit A.
