very dried up today, as calorie intake hasnt been quite as high as of lately, and arimidex has ckilled some bloat
due to lack of bloat, i can now see noticable fat reduction in what little fat i had left in the love handles, muscles all very tight and full
currently 287 which is up 7 pounds with a almost certain 1% bodyfat reductions or what it appears to be.

i am mostly doing this thread out of education purposes, and to let people know higher doses CAN BE RUN SAFELY.
and there is more than one way to cycle, didnt see enough threads for high dose cycles, without uneducated bastards getting flamed left and right.
This way i can not only help people understand sides at high doses, and effects, but also show the point of dimishing returns that i have found (1000mg-1500mg test a week) test is the only thing i have stopped gaining results on when i kept going up, for instance
tren at 1 gram was much better than 750mg and 500mg ect. dbol gets better even still as i raise it past 100mg a day i see more strength more fat loss, and yes of course MORE SIDES.
pay attention to your body fokes, and everything will be fine.
day 18 solid 288 with little bloat and much muscle fullness
started NPP today will work up to 1 gram and see if NPP is any good on top of test and dbol like they say
growth fat loss seems to have kicked in slowly, but surely only time will tell
just for clarification current use:

dbol 100mg a day all preworkout on workout days, or in morning on non workout days strength gains keep going up with dose increase ( 100mg much better than 50mg ect) dbol also seems to have some fat burning properties at dosages over 100mg, nobody is willing to go high enough to see these results though…sad, but all that matters is that it works for me EXPERIENCE>BROSCIENCE

13 percent is ball park number, as i get from most, some friends say im closer to 8-10 which i think is bullshit, not buying it.
but having said that, i do have 2 abs visible as well as the shape, and outline visible especially while breathings, funny thing is my serratus muscle look great in a front double bicep, but i have my last fat in the bottom ab region, along with some serious loose skin, im trying got fill out, from where i lost 12 inch off my waist. i also have tons of veins running through my quads, and one through each calf. but vascularity isn’t exactly a determining factor in bodyfat, as could be i just have a ton of muscle causing need for veins.

You should think about trying it. It does make recovery easier when you cycle, but keeping the testicles active has other benefits since they produce other steroid hormones. Plus you get a little boost from having your own T production going again, and at 250iu 2x/wk, it’s under $2/week.

this is possible also i used to weigh 350 when i was a powerlifter who didn’t care about diet
this caused me to have a lot of loose skin in front midsection area, and chest, once i fill it out some more, it will look better
ive lost 14 inches off my waist in past year.

getting noticable leaner as weight is more stable, and bloat more under control.
recovery is incredible
ALSO just wanted to point out for those just chiming in on the thread, that i am
- powerlifter first, so i do 1-3 reps most days, sometimes 5, but never higher than 8 reps. I believe my phsique is much denser than alot of bodybuilders for that reason, as well as MASSIVE.
- i am a bodybuilder 2nd, strength always comes first, and for me that is improving greatly at this point.
- i have achieved this physqiue with no cardio at all , all done with paleo diet, during cuts concurrently combined with hard training
my goal this cycle is strength/mass, paticularly in the arm, and lat region to help get my bench press past a unforgiving platuea.
if i end up 300+ and gain alittle fat but add 30 on my bench press, THATS A WIN IN MY BOOK.
