I’m going to have to be honest, I have been lurking around this site for a while now and haven’t contributed anything or for that matter, wasn’t even a member. Thanks to all that I have learned from and who have helped me. Hopefully, this will aid someone else.
So, I wanted to post my current cycle/training structure and get any feedback you all may have. This is my first time running HGH and would love some others input as to how they feel it may best be properly applied in my diet and training. Now, I do realize that this has been discussed in excess through these forums by the like of BBB, Cortez, and many others and I have spent numerous amount of time reading.
Analyzing, studying, and comparing to the best of my ability all the information and developing how to best strategize application for myself. I initially took interst in HGH for tissue repair. Just under a decade of military service with a unit that carried ALOT of stuff in a ruck put my joints a little rough to wear. So, with that being said, here it is.

Roughly 10-12% BF
(Heaviest Natty 250lbs,at about 15% BF)
Yr TNG: For sports 19yrs. BB 3 years.
Goal: Use HGH in conjunction with AAS to build solid muscle mass, reduce body fat, and improve connective tissue (primary focus of this first cycle of HGH. Secondary, improve accelerated muscle repair and hyperplasia)
Current Cycle Info:
- 900mg Test Cyp (300mg M,W,F)*
- 30-60mg Dbol (Training days, 1hr prior to TNG)**
- I plan on running the test at that level for the next 12-16weeks
** Dbol will be run at that level for periods of 4wks on, 2-4 off depending on blood work
HGH by Week
1-4: 2IU (Upon waking up)
5: 2.5IU
6: 3IU
7: 3.5IU
8-24: 4IU (may increase depending on how my body tolerates it)
AI:
Letro 1.25mg/day for now…taking care of a little gyno issue
Aromasin 12.5mg OED after that (depending on Blood work)
Routine and Diet
0500: HGH admin IM
0530: Pre-workout
0600: 10oz egg whites, 26g protein powder, 3g Creatine. Vitamins,
0610: TRAIN!!!
Peri-WO: Intra-MD
PWO: 50-55g protein powder, 16oz grape juice, 3g protein
+30min: 10oz Chix Breast, 2/3 cup white rice
+1hr: 50g protein, half baked potatoe
+1hr: 10oz Chix breast, 2/3 cup white rice
+2-3hrs: 8oz Chix breast, Veggies
+2-3hrs: 8oz Lean ground beef and veggies
+2-3hrs: Some type of lean meat and veggies again. Fairly high protein to get ready for bed
Sleep: 5-7hrs/night
Previous Cycles included: test(All but suspension), Deca, NPP, Anavar, Anadrol, Dbol, Primo, Masteron
I now plan on staying on permanently due to Low T issues resulting from a vasectomy (3 kids already).
Well, there it is. I appreciate you even taking the time to read this. I just wanted to get it all out there as I have seen it before where a ton of the thread is questions asked to get more info before anyone lends any advice.
