1st HGH Cycle: Any Input and a Catalog of my Results

I’m going to have to be honest, I have been lurking around this site for a while now and haven’t contributed anything or for that matter, wasn’t even a member. Thanks to all that I have learned from and who have helped me. Hopefully, this will aid someone else.

So, I wanted to post my current cycle/training structure and get any feedback you all may have. This is my first time running HGH and would love some others input as to how they feel it may best be properly applied in my diet and training. Now, I do realize that this has been discussed in excess through these forums by the like of BBB, Cortez, and many others and I have spent numerous amount of time reading.

Analyzing, studying, and comparing to the best of my ability all the information and developing how to best strategize application for myself. I initially took interst in HGH for tissue repair. Just under a decade of military service with a unit that carried ALOT of stuff in a ruck put my joints a little rough to wear. So, with that being said, here it is.

6ft 1in
235lbs Current
Roughly 10-12% BF
(Heaviest Natty 250lbs,at about 15% BF)
Yr TNG: For sports 19yrs. BB 3 years.

Goal: Use HGH in conjunction with AAS to build solid muscle mass, reduce body fat, and improve connective tissue (primary focus of this first cycle of HGH. Secondary, improve accelerated muscle repair and hyperplasia)

Current Cycle Info:

  • 900mg Test Cyp (300mg M,W,F)*
  • 30-60mg Dbol (Training days, 1hr prior to TNG)**
  • I plan on running the test at that level for the next 12-16weeks
    ** Dbol will be run at that level for periods of 4wks on, 2-4 off depending on blood work

HGH by Week

1-4: 2IU (Upon waking up)
5: 2.5IU
6: 3IU
7: 3.5IU
8-24: 4IU (may increase depending on how my body tolerates it)

AI:

Letro 1.25mg/day for now…taking care of a little gyno issue

Aromasin 12.5mg OED after that (depending on Blood work)

Routine and Diet

0500: HGH admin IM
0530: Pre-workout
0600: 10oz egg whites, 26g protein powder, 3g Creatine. Vitamins,
0610: TRAIN!!!
Peri-WO: Intra-MD
PWO: 50-55g protein powder, 16oz grape juice, 3g protein
+30min: 10oz Chix Breast, 2/3 cup white rice
+1hr: 50g protein, half baked potatoe
+1hr: 10oz Chix breast, 2/3 cup white rice
+2-3hrs: 8oz Chix breast, Veggies
+2-3hrs: 8oz Lean ground beef and veggies
+2-3hrs: Some type of lean meat and veggies again. Fairly high protein to get ready for bed

Sleep: 5-7hrs/night

Previous Cycles included: test(All but suspension), Deca, NPP, Anavar, Anadrol, Dbol, Primo, Masteron

I now plan on staying on permanently due to Low T issues resulting from a vasectomy (3 kids already).

Well, there it is. I appreciate you even taking the time to read this. I just wanted to get it all out there as I have seen it before where a ton of the thread is questions asked to get more info before anyone lends any advice. Hope this helps someone else and at least is a pint of discussion to help others.

I like your cycle…you should see some solid results on the test & dbol…seems like a nice blast to me…I wouldn’t really call it a hgh cycle though…I think hgh around 8iu is more cycle strength…In a big fan of hgh and have been on it along with trt for last 3yrs…Generally I run 2-4 ius…cant say Ive ironed out the fine nuances of it but imo sq & im never saw a difference…

Only thing I’ve noticed is Am shots help shed weight po wo seem to add size or speed up recovery…night time shots are fun great dreams…nights are recommended by many, but I fear it will shut down my natty gh so I dont do nights often… anyhow like the blast I think hgh is a great combo on juice…personally I likevthe feeling & results

Thanks for the reply and input. Couple questions for you real quick if you don’t mind…

  1. What have you seen as results at the 2-4IU
  2. Have e you ever run 8IU
  • What did you persoannly see for results at that level and how long did it take. (Just curious. I know we all respond differently)

Also, I am not against going to 8IU either. I just wanted to test the drug and see how I respond prior to any greater amount. Thank you for your time Bro.

how long have you been running your current test/d-bol/letro cycle?

letro has a tendency to reduce IGF-1 levels a bit (15% or so), so it might reduce your gains from hGH a bit (prolly not that much, though).

it might be worth it to reduce your androgens to more of a “cruising” level if you’re looking for the joint repair from hGH…just a thought.

In did not know that about Letro. Thanks for the heads up. Tomorrow will be my first full week on everything. I will post an update also. I plan on posting updates weekly for now till I start stepping up my GH dose. The more i think about it, as long as my body tolerates it well, i will probably step it up to 6-8iu…depending

Week 1:

Weight-333lbs

Sleep is a whole lot bettter than before. I noticed a difference in that after the first day. I sleep much more soundly. Every morning this week i wake un the exact same position i laid down in. Seem a bit sleepier throughout the day. Not tired as in lack of sleep, but more like i ate a big meal and could use a little nap.

I was fairly suprised at how much better my shoulder and knee felt. I have had a pretty knarly case of pateller twbtdonitis that has gotten much better over the past week. I could barely touch my patelker tendon below my knee cap, now i can push fairly hard before i notice any tenderness. Shoulder: years of abuse through baseball and other sports has keft it very sore following pressing days. Killed chest, felt fine the next day. Kikled back, still nothing. I figured i would have the same typical impingement pain FOR SURE after my shoulder day yesterday. Today, not shit, i feels better than it has felt in years. Placebo? Im beginning to think not.

I have had a couple periods througout the day that i have felt pretty full and kind of bloated for an extended period of time. Nothing crazy.

Possible sides: yesterday i had, on 3 occasions last night, and one this morning…a sharp lightnedning pain that starts on my right hand at base of my palm, and then shoots into the pinky finger. It happens so quick, just about thentime i realize its happening, its over. This may have happened as yesterday was my first day of IM injections. Who knows…

So, thats all for today. I figure i will update weekly for anyone who cares. Any questions or input, please fire away.

Not made of money…hgh is expensive…I find 4 builds nice lean mass & keeps me trim. Also it helps fight injuries due to wear & tear. If Im bulking I like test & dbol…no reason to mess with classics…if cutting I like tprop & anavar…I like hgh all year round…my cruise is 200 test cyp with 2-4 iu hgh…never done 8 just dont see a reason for it when other stuff more efficient

Hey all, Inattepmted to post an update and for some reason its not up. Anyways…

Did heavy chest yesterday. This is usually a day that KILLS my shoulder. I feel absolutely nothing of a negative effect like i usually do. This is a pretty awesome thing considering that originally i thought that growth could help with my knee and elbow, and shoulder was just going to have to have surgery some day but as of now, it might not. Elbow (tennis elbow) getting way better and knee (pateller tendonitis) has become a lot less painful, but leveled off in recovery.

Sleep is on point. Even with 4hrs, i still wake up feeling refreshed.

Sides:
Ever since changing the route of admin, shooting pain in hand has gone

Change:

Im now up to 4IU a day. Route has changed also. I now do 2IU pre-WO IM and do 2 IU PWO IV. I am very familiar with IV drug admin use as i have over 8 years experience doing so in the medical field. Although i do not do that profession anymore, im still good to go. Also, pharm grade prescribed growth helps to alleviate what would be a large concern as to validity of product.

HI MAN.

I found the best way to use HGH, when talking about low doses 2 to 4IUs is in the middle of the night, considering you want to lose fat, ok? At night you go to the bed then, if you are like me, you wake up after a good 3 hours of sleeping to a piss, this is the best time i found for fat loss. Then u pin some HGH and go to bed again, for some 2 to 3 hours sleeping. Wake up and start your day… when you reach 4 IU, U could split the dose, but U still can do 4 UI at the time I just said. This is protoc is for fat loss with low doses of HGH.
