High Calorie Meal Plans?

Anyone know where to get decent high calorie meal plans?
I’m looking to gain a bit of bulk, maybe get up to the 220lb mark by the end of the year, I know what type of foods to eat and I know how many calories are neccessary, its just putting them together…4000 - 5000 calorie meal plans would be much appreciated.
Post up any or where to find any!

Cheers

Good idea for a thread. Eating properly and getting enough calories is so much tougher than lifting weights.

I’d also like to see what folks think is a good “ratio” for adding mass. I realize I need to protein load, but does that automatically make carbs & fat the Devil? I’m having a real hard time making a proper meal plan - after looking at my first week’s intake my carbs & fat were nearly tied at 38%, and my proteins were a surprisingly low 24%…

I’m at the point where I’m ready to pay someone to make me a meal plan…

For me this is the one area thats been holding me back, your kinda pissing in the wind when you don’t know how many calories your eating in a day. I find I just eat similar to the day previous and hope for the best, pretty stupid!

Anyway I calculated my caloric needs 2 days ago and it came to a big 4600 if i want to consistently gain. I haven’t been eating anywhere near that, probably just enough to maintain my shape…I’m glad to see theres a few people in the same boat, keep the thread alive!!

If it’s simply a matter of choking that much food down (You lucky Bastards!), try adding in a couple weight gainer shakes.
