For my summer bulk I’m going to need about 5,000-5,500 cals/day. I’m 5’11" 150 Lbs at about 11-12% BF. and I play football and basketball. Can someone that takes in about this many calories please post what a typical day looks like inthere diet.
I’m going to be training about 2-3 hours a day doing varies weight lifting and speed work for football and basketball and then I will be working for about 8 hours and then I’ll usually go ou t with friends after work so basically I’ll be home enough time to sleep so I’ll have to make lots of shakes and pre-made food since I only get 2 breaks for whole foods and I’ll just slam down 2 shakes for my other meals at that time.
I JUST NEED EXAMPLES!
Please, it would be a tremendous help just to see the structure and everything.
OK Ill try and help as I take in that much or more right now most days in 6 meals.
#1 BIG ass breakfast bet started on the right foot and load up, you’ll have all damn day to use these calories/nutrients. I take in anywhere from 800-1000 at breakfast. 1 cup oats, fruit, dozen egg whites, and skim Milk.
#2 then really its just about being regular eating as fuel and need not hunger.
A great time for a BIG meal again is post training. Also prior, and during training I drink skim milk or Metabolic Drive. Then after Surge and a Peice of fruit. wiat an hour and pack in another 6-800 k/cals or so.
Just there you’ve got 2500 or so well on your way.
Now get a meal in every 3 hours 4 more meals 4-500 k/cals.
Your looking at 4400-5000 k/cals make them simple protein fruit veggies and good fats. fats will be your friend late in the day. Small portion size but DENSE and a big caloric intake. Just a large chicken breast, a 1/4 cup of say walnuts and an apple is about 500k/cals
Then add in nuts during the day a protein shake, nuts etc as you can. and eat right prior to bed.
Its all about just a little planning and doing it. Also saty well hydrated may seem hard but getting that water in actually for me aids in faster digestion etc.
5000 aint tough at all its just about the right foods and getting in a routine and I cant stress starting it off with a BIG meal even larger than mine if needed.

Thanks for the input. That’s basically what I do I’m just having some trouble but I think I got it. I’ll post it tomorrow and see what you all think.
Oh and it’s not that I don’t have the APPETITE to eat that much, I just need to work on the PLANNING to eat that much. I’m 15 so basically my metabolism adjusts to my intake, it’s pretty fucking rediculous. I once ate a whole pizza and a couple slices of another and had some more dessert like stuff and I was still hungry and I was hungry an hour later too. It’s a blessing and a curse:)
