HGH is not thought to have much effect itself in general tissues or muscles. Its effect is via IGF-1 that HGH causes the liver to produce. So local injections would seem to be of no benefit locally. Injections SQ into the belly fat do not make the fat grow.

You’re right that it doesn’t have a very anabolic effect on skeletal tissue. That is due to IGF-1 release, however it does have very outstanding lipotic effects which IGF-1 doesn’t. That is why the previous posters praised it for it’s fat loss capabilities. As far as spot reduction(fat loss) on HGH is looks very outstanding but as far as spot enhancement(local muscle growth) it doesn’t appear to work as well. This is yet another reason why HGH and IGF-1 are said to have such a synergy.
Ok so if I were trying to help a joint heal faster I would inject the sam no matter what I used but I’d not want to use IGF. I’d want to use say Hexarelin? What about skin elasticity and such? Which would be preferable or would both improve skin? Would both improve joint health? I guess I’m a little foggy and I thought I’d read that I could use both to improve joint health. Thanks for the feedback.

Test has a great effect on skin. Test and HGH are claimed to be very synergistic. I am on TRT and started with test cyp only. In six weeks my thin and frail skin became thicker and elastic. Pinch on the back of the hand that was slow to recover, after 6 weeks recovered instantly.
So T can have great effects on the skin. My IGF-1 was low, and oddly, dropped after two months of TRT. So in my case, TRT did not increase HGH. However, HGH (IGF-1) levels often do increase with TRT. And HGH alone also often increases T levels.

so you are taking1000mg of test a week and 36iu of gh ?
I am also enjoying the effects of GH for the first time trying it. My cycle had plateaued a couple months in added GH and some occasional slin and started packing on the lbs again while leaning out slightly.
I am currently up to about 1500mg of test a week and 600mg eq along with 5iu of GH most days. Occasionaly I only use 2.5-3ius on non work out days.
The effects have been good and I plan to continue on this journey for a while now.
For the guy that asked how much his wife should use. Everything I have heard and read point to around 2 to 2.5 IU per day for an extended period of time such as 1 year to get the younger like effects from the product.
