Hoping for some guidelines regarding the reconstitution of HGH powder.
I have 20 vials of HGH AT 12 IU per vial.
I’m wanting to administer 4IU per day day and hoping that I’ve calculated the amount right to last me 60 days.
Could someone explain exactly how to measure out the bacteriostatic water in order to achieve easy dosing.
So you have 20 vials of 12 iu each. That totals 240 iu. Divide that out over 60 day and you get 4 iu per day…
That said when you reconstitute it with bacterioststic water your never going to get exactly the same amount in each vial. It’s gonna be close enough. I would simply put 1ml in each vial. Then you’d draw 3.3 on a 1 ml insulin syringe and that would have each vial laying you 3 days.
I do exactly the same thing except my vials are 10 iu each so I’m only taking 3.3 iu a day.

I’m noticing a little bit easier fat loss right now. Anything having to do with growth hormone is slow. You really need to give it 3-6 months for optimal results. This my first go round with HGH but I’ve done a few with peptides before. Just had my IGF1 levels tested and top of range for my age (40) is 203 and mine came back at 323 so I’d say it’s doing its job!
Can you explain this to me as if I were a little baby. Say I have a standard wafer, mix in 1ml of BAC, and plan to do a normal dosing. Is this 2IU or 4IU a day, split in half? And what does an IU look like? The whole IU thing is baffling. Is it the first little sliver on the syringe or the 10? Because just injecting that 1 or 2 tiny slivers seems like nothing.
