In other news…gh just arrived today. I think i will be injecting IM via tris and bis and maybe quads. Im going to start out with 2iu a day. 1iu upon waking and 1iu post workout or pre workout? Ive read people do both but im not sure what’s best. What is the reasoning for a 6 on 1 off protocal instead of just every day?

Good stuff. Did you end up going HK? Go IM and rotate. I hit VL, Pecs, and delts with 30g 1/2" slin pins. It’s painless. I even hit my traps and lats sometimes.
As Ive said def ride out 2iu for the first 4 weeks, you will thank me later. Pin the whole 2iu at once. First thing in the AM or preWO. I did first thing AM and once I got up to 3.5iu I split my doses 1 am and 1 preWO. Starting tomo I am gonna be going 2iu wake up, 2iu preWO, 2iu PWO, and 2iu evening starting the EOD and E3D protocol.
A lot of guys do 5/2 and 6/1 and the main reason is to save money. It is said to help rest the IGF receptors and pituitary but that is not proven.
Btw, read those threads. I followed some of BBB old advice and tried this yesterday:
Moderate carbs in AM with AM pin of 2iu. Carb loaded with 100-150g of carbs preWO with another 2iu pin. I had the most savage pump of my life. People looked at me like a freak. I couldn’t hold or curl over 30lb DB’s and it looked like I just got done moving mountains. That insulin spike really works. You can easily get resistant to insulin so make sure you keep 2-3 days of low to no carbs. It will keep you from getting lethargic and feeling like shit. But expect the first few weeks to have the sides while your body gets accustomed to the exogenous GH.
Enjoy bro! you’ll love it.
I tried using HK but he took too long to reply to my email so i went with MG over on PM. Hopefully its good stuff but next time im using hk.
I can’t do any carb loading since I’m in prep but i will be having low carb days. But i would like to make this a life long commitment long as i can afford it.

kept that one quiet you little slut! How’s the prep going?
Its going good yogi, weighed 223 ish yesterday. Started around 230 so a 7lb drop in about two weeks but its all water probably. He just started me on carb cycling every 3rd day zero carbs except the ones from the 3 servings of peanut butter i eat. But so far it hasnt been bad at all. Cardio is up to 5 days 30 min. Right now just on test and eq and about to take my first pin of gh after i get done shitting. Ill be throwing in t3 and clen and tren i believe around the 8 week mark. 16 weeks out right now.

Do you ever pin before bed?
He usually takes 4-7 days to respond. Especially if you aren’t sending from a secured E-Mail. He has ALOT of traffic. His Domestic TA is amazing though. I stocked up for the next 10 months so I am set for now. FYI my dumb ass didn’t know that most generics had to be refrigerated before recon. after people talking about some of the pharma supposedly being stored at room temp before recon. So just in case you didn’t know, refrigerate it before and after recon lol.
You won’t be disappointed. HK is a good dude.
I read some stuff saying that BBB was saying about breaking up pins 4-5x a day on the E3D protocol and doing one in the evening but it should be a good 4 hours before bed time. Just so that your natural GH pulse does not get interrupted. I was gonna start the EOD thing today, but 6/1 is working for me right now, so I am gonna continue for a while. Especially while my levels are starting to peak. After about 12-20 weeks on I will see about going a different route.

How long did it take for uto notice any side effects at all such as better sleep, vivid dreams, better skin, carpel tunnel, etc.
The shittier sides come quicker than the good ones lol.
Carpal tunnel and numb hands hit me within the first week. Better sleep about week 3, but couldn’t tell if it was from training hard considering i was in peak week on my raw lifts. My skin as of lately is starting to have that “shimmer” to it. I am just now going into week 8. The carpal tunnel is starting to subside but it comes and goes due to the fact that I am still tapering up. This week I am gonna be up to 4.5iu and if I can make it and maintain at 5iu I will stop there for a while.
The first few weeks on I was super lethargic. Even at the gym I would be yawning between sets. You’ll get crazy hunger spikes, and want to nap 3-4 times a day. Especially if you are dieting! lol
All in all, its tolerable and not bad at all. It was really bad when I tried to jump to 4iu right away. Deathly stomach cramps for about an hour, hands hurt so bad I couldn’t change the channel, and horrible headache. I still don’t see how dudes are getting on and jumping to 10u after 4-6 weeks. They just have to be running garbage GH
eatliftsleep wrote:
Yeah i am definitely feeling more tired. Just woke up from a nap actually. Noticed any fatloss yet? More pumps?
If I can I always take a nap after meals. Especially breakfast. I am keeping my carb intake pretty low right now and it doesn’t help that factor (around 120-160g/day)
Fat loss definitely. In all the areas I don’t really need it. Everywhere but my stomach has drastically leaned out. I look tight and full. Kind of how you look on tren, but much more natural. Obliques and lats are way more defined, and the back as a whole. Striations in shoulders and quads, as well as chest. I am also as I said dieting down to get some insulin sensitivity back, so this is a big part in it.
The pumps are RIDICULOUS. At this point in time I can’t even lift over 40% of my maxes cause the pump is so intense. I didn’t expect that to be that drastic but it’s there. The sense of well being is finally starting to settle in at the beginning of 9 weeks. Its a really nice euphoric effect that takes a lot of stress and edge off. Idk how or why, but I always heard about this being one of the best benefits, and it really has been for me. I am a full custody single father, going to school full time. Before I was maxed out and so stressed I barely had enough energy or focus to lift. It has drastically dropped and I feel so much more peaceful. The deep sleep and recovery really helps.
I am still having pain in my rotator cuffs. It almost feels like an injury, but also just feels like the ligaments and tendons at the joint are REALLY tight. Like using the HS Chest Press with only a single wheel for 12 reps gives me the most stupid pump and lactic acid build up of all time. It’s starting to piss me off how much my shoulders have tightened up. Not sure if its from the GH or from an injury at this point but we will see.
You guys running any supplements? One thing I know that BBB hit is spiking amino levels throughout the day in a pulsing fashion using leucine and hydrosolate. I have been taking 2 pulses a day and it really does help. My vascularity is starting to show up and my meals feel more utilized doing this. If you haven’t been doing this, START. 10g leucine and 40g of hydrosolate on wake up and usually after lunch between meals or before your lift if you lift in the early afternoon.
Does anyone have any opinions regarding chinease hgh compared to pharmaceutical hgh? Obviously the pharma will be more accurately dosed but does anyone buy into the theory that chinease hgh has all these harmful chemicals and stuff in it?

I have some Kefei HGH I havent used yet. Everyone seems to talk shit about the Chinese blue tops, and some people SWEAR anything coming out of China is pure garbage. I paid $860 plus shipping for 600iu, and from what I hear that is very cheap, which makes me worried I got some bunk/unpure stuff.

I’ve ran the same gh before. Is the dosing a little off? Who knows, but just to experiment I slammed 10ius at once and my hands swelled a bit and had some pain in my wrists. So seemed good so I continued to use it for 5 months. My skin seemed better, I slept better and the pumps were good at the gym.

Well I’m glad to hear that, actually.
I’ll be running it with test/tren/anavar for a cut this summer, so we’ll see how that goes.
Alright, So I am bumping this in regards to the things I have experienced the last 4 weeks with my 6/1 protocol and how I am going to adjust.
After running 4iu for 6/1, I have noticed quite a bit of change. Sides are still all the same, numb hands, legs, joint pain etc. I have actually ran into some gyno flare up, something I was NOT aware of happening off a lighter dose. I have ran almost a gram of Deca before and never had this issue, so I am now jumping on T4 100mcg ED, .5mg caber ED for 3 days, then to EOD or E3D. Possibly switching to Prami as well.
I started a t400/deca cycle 10 days ago, so I am also starting to run some adex at .5mg E3D.
After running into some suppressed thyroid and prolactin induced issues, I am gonna switch to the GK protocol and start pinning 3x a week (m/w/f). I will be doing 10iu 3x week, while still running 100mcg t4 and .25-.5mg Prami E3D. I know this protocol calls for slin and IGF, but to me it seems much more beneficial in the fact that it truly mimics the secretion of endo GH. I will pin 3iu wake up, 2iu preWO, 3 PWO, and 2iu evening. I thought of switching to EOD injects, but the studies and logs I have heard on this method are remarkable. Even for guys who had been running 5/2, 6/1 and even full time protocols for years before switching.
The argument is you get twice the results, with almost none of the sides.
Anybody here familiar with this protocol, or any experience?
