I may switch over to eod as well. I withstood 2ui pretty good so today I started 4ui. Still no sides a little stomach cramp but nothing out of this world… Starting monday ill switch to 8ui eod see how I hold up.

You really should ramp up. Run 2 iu for at least 4 weeks, then bump up .5 iu a week after that. You don’t want to just keep pushing until you find what your limit should have been.
Also, quit shooting subQ thats bro science bullshit, and is not effective for anybody other than people over 40 looking to maintain body composition and the health benefits. The availability doesn’t mimic the natural secretion of GH and you’re lucky if 50% of your GH is utilized. Some of the GH can store and trickle from the lymphatic system over the course of weeks. Shoot IM. Trust me.
I am partial to switching to EOD, because I feel good running 6/1, but my joints definitely are stiff, and I got the pot belly bloat, which sucks. Apparently splitting doses to EOD or E3D can eliminate these sides, but not surely. By all means this is america and you can do what ever you want, but I suggest tapering up. It will be worth your time, and switching to IM injections.

That’s what I would do, taper up, eod or e3d IM injections
from skimming in that thread, it sounds like IV is the way to go. I admit I didin’t read it all though. Is anyone willing to try this?

In other news…gh just arrived today. I think i will be injecting IM via tris and bis and maybe quads. Im going to start out with 2iu a day. 1iu upon waking and 1iu post workout or pre workout? Ive read people do both but im not sure what’s best. What is the reasoning for a 6 on 1 off protocal instead of just every day?

yeah i wouldn’t consider 2-4iu a high dose though, especially if it’s not pharmaceutical.

Good stuff. Did you end up going HK? Go IM and rotate. I hit VL, Pecs, and delts with 30g 1/2" slin pins. It’s painless. I even hit my traps and lats sometimes.
As Ive said def ride out 2iu for the first 4 weeks, you will thank me later. Pin the whole 2iu at once. First thing in the AM or preWO. I did first thing AM and once I got up to 3.5iu I split my doses 1 am and 1 preWO. Starting tomo I am gonna be going 2iu wake up, 2iu preWO, 2iu PWO, and 2iu evening starting the EOD and E3D protocol.
A lot of guys do 5/2 and 6/1 and the main reason is to save money. It is said to help rest the IGF receptors and pituitary but that is not proven.
Btw, read those threads. I followed some of BBB old advice and tried this yesterday:
Moderate carbs in AM with AM pin of 2iu. Carb loaded with 100-150g of carbs preWO with another 2iu pin. I had the most savage pump of my life. People looked at me like a freak. I couldn’t hold or curl over 30lb DB’s and it looked like I just got done moving mountains. That insulin spike really works. You can easily get resistant to insulin so make sure you keep 2-3 days of low to no carbs. It will keep you from getting lethargic and feeling like shit. But expect the first few weeks to have the sides while your body gets accustomed to the exogenous GH.
