Could the hgh be making my body think I’m diabetic and having me up every 30 min peeing at night?
It wouldn’t be making it think so, it can actually impact insulin response. Some get insulin resistance on it.
Maybe that’s why I’m peeingso much at night? Is 3iu e Pugh to do that?
Do you know your pre HGH and during HGH FBG numbers?
No. Case closed.
I didn’t take gh last few nights tho k I peed a lot less… maybe my body goes into diabetes mode perhaps? I’m gonna go a few more nights without and see what happens
What does gh has to do with diabetes?
The short version is what @mnben87 wrote above. HGH can increase blood glucose and directly mediates insulin resistance (for example in fat cells). So essentially you become diabetic on it. Some take metformin for this.
But at what dosages that happens in GH?
@hankthetank89
Would that not be dependant on each person’s own metabolism? How insulin resistance you might already be.
Not from this site but others I visit when researching HGH it seem like everyone was suggesting if you try HGH you also took 500-1000mg of metformin everyday. The recommended doses were try 2iu/night at bedtime then up to 4iu’s if you noticed no sides. One would take this the entire cycle time.
@travdon22 you can buy a very inexpensive blood glucose monitor from amazon and test your glucose (sugar in your blood) For a week test morning noon and evenings before meals. After a meal your blood sugars will naturally shoot up. At your next blood test get your A1C tested. Anything below 5.6 and you are good. 5.6-6.4 is pre-diabetic and 6.5 and up diabetic.
HTH
As soon as you are entering supraphysiological doses, the effect will be there and the higher you go, the stronger it becomes.
4 IU >> 2 IU > 1 IU per day
@lordgains this forum is so lucky you are here offering your advice and sharing your expertise. Thank you.
Thanks man. I’m learning equally as much from you guys.
So I took 3 nights off from 3iu before bed and I actually peed a lot less so my thinking is maybe take it in the morning Or before my workout since exercise is good for blood sugar control… also going to buy a monitor for glucose
Nope
I notice I’m weaker 3 days off hgh… wrists hurt when trying to shoulder press heavy… joints feel stiff too anyone else have these issues?
Joint issues are common on HGH. You may still have some fluid retention or residual affects with just three days off. The joint pain is my least favorite part of HGH.
My wrists can handle the heavy lifting either being off it… it’s weird
What if you never come off? Would you still be diabetic?
