I was wondering when to take the ALA . I figure that you would most likely want to take it when you take your carb meals to try to shove it tinto your muscles. Is this correct? With respects to Chromium wouldn’t you take it with every meal? One more question I think I know the answer to. If you add some Flax with the EMulsified Fish Oil will it inhibit the absorbtion of the EPA/DHA? (I don’t think so)
