broke the no cardio cycle today, ran a lap around campus around 2 miles or so, it was pretty easy, lookoing foward to deads tomarrow. The plan is super set banded zerchers squats with speed pulls then finish with conventionals for reps, well see how this setup goes but i think i need to start working speed befor ei break the 495 barrier.

Icing the back adn stretching just to make sure i dont let it go from a mild discomfort to a strain. I think im going to start adding squat movements into mondays now after deads, something safe on my back like front squats a box. Trianing is going so well lately, i really dont want to mess it up, so ill back off on the heavy shit but keep pushing on the accessories which are actually really helping my build and lifts.
