im 6’2 256 and i would like to get down to 249 and keep my gains that i have got . im not real good with the supplements. there are so many out there . just would like to know what as work for other people and what u all think is the best thanks for your help
If your trying to lose 6-7 pounds, diet should beable to take care of that. However, if you are asking about a supplement for fat-loss try HOT-ROX Extreme.

Is this a weight class issue? If so for what sport? If not- 249 seems like a strange goal.
Either way I agree with the previous poster that for that little amount of weight you can do it with diet. HRX is also good, but probably unnecessary if you only want to lose 7 lbs.
