I’ve been lifting for 7 months but i still look like i don’t lift. I’m 112lbs at 5’6 in the begining ,now i’m 140lbs but looked skinny fat and i used to do Bro Splits for the first 3 months
And i switch to Full body routines and i’ve good strength gains.
My routine look like this

Squats 3x5
Incline benchpress 3x5
Lateral raises 3x12
Skull crushers 3x6-10
B
Deadlift 3x5
OHP 3x5
Biceps curl 3x10
Facepulls 3x15
Calves raises 3x15
I workout 3 days a week,Is my routine ok ?
Should i continue to bulk ?

Incline bench 143x5
Deadlift 225 x5
OHP 100x5
Yeah just pick a template off this site. If like full body look up Waterbury’s programs. Dan Johns stuff like below is a good starting point also. Fat gripz great but at this stage just use once a week
Whatever you enjoy. It won’t make a tangible difference, but if it helps you to enjoy training, it’s worthwhile. If it’s a pain in the ass to you, don’t do it.
