Help with Physique, Trying to Recomp

Hey all. First post and I’m looking for some advice on recomping.

I’m 5”4
155 pounds.
I’m at 15% body fat

Been using ear for 2 years on and off now going to be cruising after this cycle. I carry my fat in my stomach I can see my top abs when I flex but lower abs nothing.

Before I started using gear I was about 130 pounds. I’m currently Working out 5 days per week 1-1.5 hours weights and 15-40mins cardio. Doing push/pull/legs split. I record all my weights and reps and try to increase each workout.

Currently running
Test 450mg per week (week 10)
Eq 200mg per week ( week 10)
Anavar 20mg per day (week 1)

Nutrition:
Breakfast:
400 gram egg whites
1 English muffin
25 grams peanut butter

Snack:
150 gram cottage cheese

Lunch:
5 oz salmon or ground chicken
1/2 cup rice

Prework our meal:
1.5 scoop protein powder
35 grams of Peanut butter
50 grams cream wheat

Dinner:
5 oz salmon or ground chicken
1/2 cup of rice

Snack:
1/2 scoop protein powder
1 Greek yogurt cup
20 gram peanut butter

Total average daily macros
Protein 150-160 grams
Carb 170-180 grams
Fat 55-65 grams
Total average calories 1800

Any advice would be helpful.

Help me understand your goal? I assume fat loss with maintenance of muscle. The steroids should maintain the muscle so you will likely be just cutting. Even though you’re 5’4”, 155 still isn’t that large. I would think could add another 15 lbs at roughly 15% and something like 155-160 shredded. How about a faceless pic to evaluate?
