Help with PCT - Tren and Test

Hi all

I am new to taking steroids (age 38 male) and I’m on my last week of a 15 week cycle (my first)
200mg Tren E and 250mg Testosterone E every 4 days.

Can you help me as to how I should take my PCT
I have.
20 tabs 50mg clomiphene
30 tabs 20mg tamoxifen (Nolvadex-D)
2 x 5000iu chorionic Gonadotrophin injection IP (Eema HP-5000

If you can assist that would be awesome

Last injection of AAS, 3 weeks of HCG 500iu EOD, then 6-8 weeks of ONE SERM of your choice, normal dose.
