systemlord many thanks for yours and everyone else’s replies, i have access to meds so what should i do from here

Your problem and everyone else’s is doctors believe in range is normal, but low normal levels are not normal for everyone for the fact that the reference ranges go higher because people are naturally high normal.

If normal for you was in the high normal ranges and are now low normal, you’ll experience low testosterone.

You either need to find a sympathetic doctor or a private clinic, but as it stands most sick care doctors just aren’t knowledgeable enough to diagnose men with testosterone deficiency and when doctors are on unfamiliar ground they always air on the side of caution and take no action.

Your doctor is taking a big risk with your life by taking no action, because if you are low your future health prognosis is poor.

should i start some sort of trt myself?

If push comes to shove, then yes. This is your healthy we are talking about, no doctor is going to have your back, they will more than likely tell you that you are fine when in fact you are not fine.

I trust my mother, father and family members, I do not trust strangers in lab coats with my life. I have been misdiagnosed more often than I can count and offered anxiety meds when I have a unknown cardiovascular problem, probably heart failure or venous insufficiency.

can you advise a possible plan of action and when i should run labs again etc?

Your Heart actually has lots of Testosterone receptors. So a 30 year old Man who is Running his heart & body on levels below 300 nmols every day for more than say 2 Years. is at a MUCH bigger RISK and needs to be put on T.R.T therapy PROMPTLY to prevent cardiovascular disease or event.
I tell you not to worry you, but provide you knowledge.

Also try getting more Organic Food produce helps body, just more expensive i can’t always Afford it.

When i had LOW Testosterone before T.R.T my overall body felt exhausted, and i couldn’t even WALK too long without almost collapsing from fatigue.

With Enanthate Injections or an 20% Compounded Cream Twice Daily if you don’t like poking holes all the time or soreness, your Heart & all other Muscles will feel INVIGORATED.

Testosterone is Kinda like The Fountain of Youth for a reason, that’s why some OLD men these days know the TRUTH about TRT.

All the Best to you Brother @chrisni1986

ok so today ive had a letter from the endocrine dept asking me to come for an appointment on the 28th of this month… which is strange considering the consultant said he was discharging me back mid may so have rang up to find out if this is a mistake or not, if so could someone help me out with a plan of action? i.e dosages, product and when to run labs again etc?

Plan of action should be TRT, you have all the classic symptoms. Labs aren’t the word of god doctors make them out to be, some critical thinking is needed, if your doctors lacks critical thinking, he will fixate on labs and if he has a bias against TRT he will make silly dumb excuses as to why you are normal like you have a full beard and testicles look normal.

100-120 mg per week is a good start. Some guys need more, but it’s easier to go up. If you get prescribed more, and they let you do your own injections, fill the prescription and start lower anyway. That just lets you build up a little surplus for a rainy day. Your preference ould be Testosterone Cypionate or Testosterone Enanthate for injections. Single ester, easier to dial in. Scrotal cream (unlikely they’ll offer it) is also a good choice for many. Stay away from Nebido, and try to avoid Gel. Gels work for some, but most seem to have some sort of problem (In addition to transfer to other family members). You want labs no sooner than 6 weeks after starting, but not past 8 weeks. Always do follow up labs on injection day, before your dose. BEFORE your dose. Twice a week injections can be better, just depends on you. Do not do the every two weeks thing.

ok so started to get everything together and thought i should run some labs before i start so i have a complete baseline of where im starting from as last labs were over 6 weeks ago…(19th april). this mornings labs have left me a bit stumped,

test 5.93 nmol/l (8.6-29)
was 9.4nmol/l
albumin 45.5 g/l (35-50)
was 51 g/l
shbg 16.3nmol/l (18.3-54.1)
was 21nmol/l
fsh 2.54iu/l (1.5-12.4)
was 2.8iu/l
lh 1.87iu/l (1.7-8.6)
was 3.4 iu/l
oestradiol 40.1pmol/l (41-159)
was 87pmol/l
pro lactin 542miu/l (86-324)
was 221miu/l

i know some labs have different ranges but this seems like a big difference from 2 different labs?

where ive written was* im referring to the april labs

Daily injections (10-12mg) is recommended or you may be asking for more side effects.

thanks for reply system lord, any idea whats up with the big variation between results though?

You better don’t start TRT alone because you don’t know what you are doing.

You can consult knowledgeable doctors from the USA online that will be more than willing to treat you and will make you optimal protocol. But prepare cash - they charge 500 USD per consultation. And after that you need to pay your treatment alone. I don’t know in your country but in mine it is fucking cheap - like 100usd per month most. For me the biggest expense would be the doctors consultations when needed. Also you need to take into account some blood tests that at the first months will be more often.

One consultation I believe will be enough at this point.

PM me to give you some names and contacts if you want to go this way.

Prolactin is way high. Were You fasted on these labs? Taking any drugs?

High prolactin can cause thyroid issues. I know your last thyroid labs showed strong output, but did you get those labs run this time as well?

You may have answered some of this so I apologize if these are repeat questions, but…

What does your diet look like? I’m asking for specifics here, not “I eat clean”.

Alcohol or recreational drugs?

Body specs? (BF, height, weight)

Lifestyle? What does a typical day look like for you?

You mentioned nausea. Illness can cause low T. Did you get CBC and Lipid panels run? Have you been tested for most common illnesses? HIV testing? Cancer screening?

Before you jump the gun and start self medicating, you’’ll want to rule out illness (especially since you mentioned nausea). You could be asking for trouble, particularly if there is a possibility of cancer. Exogenous T can actually accelerate existing cancer.

^^This explains this:

And this ^^^ explains this:

This however:

Is a serious problem. Why is that suddenly so high? That’s what I would be focusing on first.

any idea what would cause this to
go up? also is it possible for those values to change that much is such a time frame? i.e april to june
