Help With My Diet - Advice Needed

Hi everyone, i’m currently at around 210 pounds @ 5,10" with a b/f % of roughly 23 - 26%, My first goal is to reach 190 pounds & around 15% bodyfat,

My diet is as follows:

Breakfast - Protein shake (wholemeal toast)

Mid-Morn Snack - Breakfast Bar

Lunch - Tuna Baguette or chicken baguette, or if short on time - METRX meal replacements,

Mid-Aft Snack - fruit, banana’s, apples - etc,

Dinner - Lean meat with a high portion of vedge,

Before bedtime - protein shake

Does this diet seem sufficient?, my goal is also to maintain as much muscle(or even increase) as possible whilst maximising fat loss,

Any advice will be greatly appreciated - Simon

cut the bread and breakfast bar, not too much nutritional value on any diet.

CT is a genius, but definately check out some more diet and training articles geared towards fat loss.

  1. diet listed is low fat, assuming you aren’t using any spreads. needs healthy fats.

  2. needs protein source at every meal. mid-aft snack of fruit is not ok, neither is the mid-morn snack of breakfast bar.

  3. needs more vegetables… only seem to veg with dinner…
