Help with IGF-1, GH, or pramipexole

So, I have recently been diagnosed by a brain injury specialist with a damaged hypothalamic-pituitary axis and chronic post concussion syndrome from concussion damage obtained while playing college football in the early 2000s. Concussion doc says the damaged axis has caused my gonadropin hormones to drop and this caused my low T, as well as a disregulation of most of the other hormones and systems controlled by that hypothalamic-pituitary axis. My health is a total mess.

I currently take 25 mg of UGL test per day to treat the low T. Test helps, but all my symptoms remain to various degrees. Additional hormones typically affected by my condition include low GH and dopamine (amongst many others), though i have not had tests for the level of those yet. I don’t know how far my doctor is looking to go in treating my condition, we are just getting started with this diagnosis. Dopamine agonists like pramipexole are becoming more common in the treatment of TBI/PCS. GH and IGF-1 treatments are more in the experimental realm for the treatment of chronic fatigue as a result of a damaged hypothalamic-pituitary axis.

So, I’m in the research phase of using dopamine agonists like pramipexole and GH and IGF-1 to treat my other symptoms, especially the severe fatigue, which is my most life altering symptom. Guys who take one or any combination of those three I’d be interested in hearing how pramipexole, GH, and IGF-1 helped with your fatigue, libido, motivation, insomnia, tremors, mood, anxiety, etc, if you had those, or anything really. What side effects, what dosing, whatever you have for personal experiences with using pramipexole, GH, amd IGF-1. Or other things not listed you may have used to treat fatigue, mood, libido, etc, that I can look into, PCS related or not.

Also, I am willing to be very open to anyone with questions about my condition, I’m probably not the only guy on here who’s low T has been caused by TBI. So, lend me your anecdotal experiences with the above medications if you don’t mind sharing, and I’ll keep you informed on my journey.
