Help with Dosage

I need help getting the dosages right, hopefully someone can help me out, here´s my current cycle so far:
Day1: Frontload eq 750mg + 350mg testE (Goal was to kick up levels and use 500mg eq/w + 200mg testE/w)

I shot e3d(mon & thurs) and have done 2 more shots since the front, using 250mg eq + 100mg testE, but as I now figured out from roidcalc I am getting higher values then I wish for, so my question is, how much should I use to end up at 400mg/w eq + 200mg/w testE?

85mg E3D will give ~200mg/wk

170mg E3D will give ~400mg/wk

This is worked out by:

7(day week) / 3(freq. of inject) = x

(weekly total dose)/x = incremental dose.

Why overcomplicate things? Just stay on schedule and start shooting enough so that E3D puts you at the dosages you want.

You can figure out how to calculate a weekly dosage, right? I am assuming you are asking something different, but I’m not sure what it is, so just in case:

200mgX3w/7d = 85mg/E3D

400mgX3w/7d = 171mg/E3D

You have to start at three week with E3D to get the correct dosage for one week.

Now, why you are using the dosages you are using is another question altogether, but I don’t know anything about you or your motivations, so I’ll refrain from commenting further.

The thing is I have had a shoulder problem for 1�?�½ year and rehab, xray etc wont fix the problem so now I decided to keep doin a rehab kind of cycle with eq, testE, deca anavar.
I wanted to start of with a frontload and then keep on going with low dosages but obviously It wasnt that simple.
Let me explain how I done so far and please help me out and dont remind me of my mistake please :confused:

Day1(thursday): 750mg eq + 350mg testE

Day5(monday): 250 eq + 100 testE (My mind was thinking I would keep using these values to get 400mg eq + 200mg testE, but the frontload makes it wrong I realized now)

day7: 40mg anavar start

Day8(thursday): 200 eq + 100testE + 260deca (260 because that filled the syringe), I got the deca 1 week late and I wanted to use about 250mg the first 2 injections of it and then stay at 200mg/w approx, I guess my thinking is abit weird but please help me out so I dont do the mistake again.

Day12(monday,today): 200 eq + 100 testE + 260deca (I did this shot this morning cos I hadnt got anyanswer yet and I want to shot monday early and thursday afternoon to get it more like every 3.5 day)

So here I am and want advice on easiest fix for this, I choosed e3d shots because I read alot about keeping levels more even, first I was going to shot ones a week only.

  1. I want to know how much of testE I should shot now for not more then 200-250mg/w

  2. I want to know if the eq dosage I use now 200mg e3d is ok to continue or if I should change to lower, I think roidcalc showed me about 650mg/w with that approach thanks to the frontload, any easy corrections please let me know?

  3. I havnt decide how many weeks total I will be running, but the gear I had total for this cycle was:
    20ml eq 250mg/ml
    10ml testE 250mg/ml
    10ml deca 200mg/ml
    126 of 20mg anavar tabs.(was thinking about 4weeks 60mg ed front, and then 60mg ed last 14 days after last injection)

I want to run it all for a total of 12 weeks at most!

Added some info in my last reply, I think the change I rly need to do is lowering testE cos I read its bad for my tendon healing process.
600-700 eq ew should be ok right?
Also, will eq kick in after 5-6 weeks even if I frontloaded?

If I did a frontload, is this the amount to use for the rest of the cycle?
Confirm someone please, because roidcalc shows pretty high weekly dosage if so?
