I have been using a combination of plans for my diet. So far in 4 weeks I have lost 12 lbs. But I think I’m missing something. The trainer at the gym says I need to eat something every 3 hours to keep my metabolism up, but I can’t find any snack foods that comply with my program. I start on Sunday by eating off the menu from the Sugarbusters Diet. It is a diabetic style diet used to keep my glycemic levels low. This also keeps my leptin levels up.
On Monday, I fast, eat nothing, well, I do have 2 whey protein shakes with almond milk during the day, but thats it. Tuesdday-Saturday I follow the Green Faces Diet and there lies my problem. I eat 3 meals on the GF diet but can’t figure what to snack on between meals. I just need to tweak a little more and maybe next time I do this program I can lose more than 12 lbs. Any suggestions?
