Help With Cutting Cycle

I’m looking for a cutting cycle,im 6,1 270 pounds what will i do,i train 4 days a week,20 min cardio 1 and half hour lifting,i was out of action for 5 months and ready to go my body fat is 29% i know,my arms are very toned my upper body ok my legs toned and my lower not great,im looking for a course to start of please help…

Learn how to eat properlly and change your training around. If your looking to lean out then why are you working out for 1.5 hours but only doing .5 hour of cardio?
