So I need some advice on the cycle I’m about to do while in a calorie deficit. I’m 36 6”2 210lbs and 22.5% body fat. I’ve been lifting consistently for about 2.5 years now and have seen decent gains, I’ve done one cycle before which was 1ml of tri test 400 last year and seen some decent strength and size gains. The problem I’ve got now is that when I started I was really thin so stupidly went on a dirty bulk for way longer than I should have which has resulted in my body fat rising to a point I’m not happy with. I’ve started eating at a deficit for the last week and I’m starting a cycle tomorrow while still dieting so any help would be greatly appreciated on how to maintain size while losing fat. My cycle I’m thinking of is below…
Test cyp 200mg 2xPW for 12 weeks
Anavar 60mg a day for the last 6 weeks
Some help with PCT would also be great, thanks in advance everyone.

You don’t need gear to cut.They are meant to build muscle. The only reason you would use it when cutting is if your in the single digit bodyfat and you need to hold onto muscle pre contest.
If you wanna take drugs use a GLP drug to drop some bodyfat.
That doesn’t surprise me. IMO, diet your way to the point that you can see major muscle group separation. You made what was a very common mistake when I competed.
If you hold body composition as an important aspect of lifting weights goals, you need to return to a reasonable percent body fat. Then, and only then, should you give cycling an honest chance to shine. AAS are remarkable aids if used properly.
You should look better every week you are on AAS. You should always be eating clean on AAS. Genetic freaks can get away eat junk. The rest of us need to eat clean.
Strangely enough the lab I usually use has stopped taking orders on everything but GLPs which I’m taking as a sign to just use one of them, any recommendations? The only reason I wanted to do a cycle was me being terrified of losing any muscle/size, do you think I will lose much?
The only reason you would need to cycle during a cut is if you do a stupidly steep deficit or are close to a show. Above 10% as long as you get enough protien and keep resistance training you should lose 0 muscle.
I would use retatrutide. It works great. f you can’t get that then tirzepatide would be my second choice. That also works very good.
Thanks, yes that’s one of the ones they’ve got in, I’ve got low T anyway so what about just running a trt dose alongside it just for the feel good benefits, could that work?
Do you know anything about dosages for it and if it’s fine to run with test. Also I know I said I was going to run a trt dose but I’ve got 2 bottles of tri test 400 in the cupboard so was gonna just run it with a ml of that a week, thoughts?
I’ve been trying to figure it out for the last 30 mins and I’ve still got no idea? It’s a 10mg vial so how many ml would that be and do I need to add BAC water to the vial and if so how would I work out the dosage then? Am I being really stupid or is it really confusing, really appreciate some help with this one, thanks everyone.
400mg wk is not trt. Run 1/2ml per week for 200mg/wk
That concentration is prob gonna hurt so be prepared. I would not use it. Under 300mg/ml is the highest concentration of test I would use. Too many solvents in 400
If you add 1ml of bac water then each .1 on the syringe is 1mg. If your using reattrutide then start at 1mg/wk. if after a few weeks it’s curbing appetite go to 2nd/wk.
Yeah I’ve used it before and got some pretty bad pip if I forgot to warm it up prior to injection but if I warmed it, it wasn’t a problem. I’ve just dug out some test cyp which is 200mg/1ml so I’ll just use that instead
