Help with Blood Test Results

I’m still having some problems with my trt so I was wondering if you wouldn’t mind having a look at my latest bloodwork and making some suggestions if you’ve got any…

First of all, my routine:

EOD 50 mg sustanon
EOD 250 iu hcg
EOD .6mg a-dex (drops)
trazodone 100mg before bed nightly

Bloodwork done fasting, day between injections.

Wt. 220 lb
age 37
body fat c 15%

Total test 941 (labcorp ref 241-847)
Free Test 36.3 (8.7 - 25.1)
E2 35 (0-53)
DHEA 275 (120-520)
DHT 73 (30-85)
pregnenolone 84 (20-150)
PSA 1.7
TSH 2.452 (.45-4.5)

I’ve lost a fair amount of fat since starting trt (about a year ago) and make good progress in the gym, and do feel much better than when i started, but mood, libido, mental clarity and energy are still pretty much in the toilet. Morning wood is a rare thing (maybe once every couple of weeks), and generally happens, if at all, on injection days upon waking (ie before the shot)

I have a trt doctor, but he’s a bit of a cowboy and doesn’t take suggestions well (My dad saw him after a visit to the urologist who told him he was taking to much T and the doc said "tell your urologist to worry about sticking his fingers up your ass and let me worry about the fucking testosterone!)

He’s not afraid to prescribe test, but he’s a bit aggressive in his protocols and i think his knowledge is somewhat limited (my first was 1000iu hcg im 4x per week-- made my e2 spiral out of control and made me a basket case). He told me if adex doesn’t work at this dosage he’ll put me on 2.5mg letro twice a week, which seems too much to me, so I’d like to have my numbers set before i visit him again and essentially use him just as an rx writer.

Any ideas?

Thanks so much!

How long have you been following this protocol? Is the trazodone prescribed? What was the reasoning behind adding it (Traz)? Your numbers look very good at first glance except E2 looks a little high which leads me to believe that the adex has not kicked in completely yet. 0.6mg EOD is quite a bit in my experience and should push E2 lower than it is. Of course we all respond differently to Adex so you may require more. In my experience it takes about two weeks for blood levels to respond to Adex (or changes in dose of Adex).

Hi,
Thanks for your response.

Yes, traz was rx-ed, for sleep, and it helps a bit.

Have been on those dosages for about 5-6 weeks before bloodwork.

Isn’t Free-t way too high?
