For some time now, I’ve been mixing 14 oz spinach , 14 oz frozen berries in my vitamix.
Add some water and this makes 2 days worth of green drinks for me to supp my diet with. It helps my energy levels but, I’m thinking of what I can supplement either with a different batch, or include in these drinks I’m making.
I know there’s only so much plant fiber you can ingest before you have intestinal and absorption issues, but I want a more diversified micronutrient portfolio than what I’m getting with the above concoction.
Anybody help me out ; ) ?
