Hello everyone been lurking for quite some time and could really use some help.
-I have been cutting for about 8 weeks took a 3 week break eating at maintenance and am now going to hit is hard for 12 days following the RFL diet as a category 1.
-I am 5’9 180 lbs at about 13-15% bf. Never been tested but, am lean enough to see abs and some separation in shoulders and quads.
