Help with 4-AD-EC

I plan on starting 2 weeks on 2 weeks off with 4-AD-EC on Monday. I will take M and Alpha Male on my 2 weeks off. Should I take the M for all four weeks of the cycle? Should I cycle my Alpha Male 5 on 2 off or take it for the whole two weeks I am off the 4-AD-EC? Any help would be great. I posted on the 4-AD-EC info page, and got no response.

Use the M only for the two week post-cycle period. Keep in mind that the advantage of short cycles (such as two weeks on, two weeks off) of 4-AD-EC at recommended dosages is that you should experience minimal impact on natural testosterone production. However, the use of the post cycle supplements will assist in maintaining the gains you make while “on,” so if you choose to do a 5 days on/2 day off split using Alpha Male, it shouldn’t be a problem.

H,i all it says to take it before 9 am…well if a person works night shift do we still take it before 9 am…or take it at night…I’m lost please help T-forum …I need you

You’re saying use 4-AD-EC for 2 weeks on and two weeks off, plus Alpha Male for 5 days on and 2 days off. Then take M on the two weeks off?

Please let me know, I’m starting a 4-AD-EC cycle and just seems like there isn’t enough cycle info available.

I would advise to use the M everyday, you need it when you take the 4-AD-EC too. You probably don’t need the Alpha Male either, that 4-AD-EC shit is strong! Are you trying to win a competition or something?

Sorry Lou but your a little off.
There is no need for “M” all the way through the cycle. 4-AD-EC does not turn into estrogen and it is strong enough to take up space at reseptor sites where estrogen would the estrogen normally effect him.
Lou was right in saying that because of your 2 week on 2 week off protocall the supression should not warrent the use of Alpha-Male, where a longer cycle would.

So to the original poster:
take your 4-AD-EC for 2 weeks,
then take “M” and Alpha-Male(since you already have it) for 2 weeks,
then repeat.

To clarify my Alpha Male comment - it shouldn’t matter whether it’s used for two weeks consecutively, or for 5 days on/2 days off during the two week “off” period provided:

  1. you don’t exceed the recommended dosage of 4-AD-EC while “on;” and
  2. you are going to cycle two weeks on/two weeks off for 6 or 8 weeks.
