Hello Cav thanks, I been watching yours and your doing great man, I am on vacation and just found a wifi connection and though I would log in . No gyms within 30 miles of me, did a 2 mile open water swim(with fins) for some exercise. Back in a week.

Ten four Cav just for you, Back from vacation 5 pounds lighter, yesterday had to do something so did a workout at 9pm just some milis.Workout today squats, going to continue with high volume for a couple weeks. Squats 135x10, 225x30,275x15,315x10,10, 275x15,225x20 don’t know if it was the temp (85-90F) or the volume but mister pukey was knocking had to stop. Maybe to much wine and beer on vacation naaaaa thats just plain silly talk I don’t know what I was thinking, slap me Cav.

Yes it was hot but felt good, I’m am making a effort to up my cardio/conditioning, yesterday did 4 miles of mountain bike, second 2 was towing my sons bike that broke (crank) 2 miles into the trek. Quads where screaming by the time I got back to the truck.

Well all the running and biking are going something not sure if its good.

Drop in football (soccer) tonight. At 45 I’m not the oldest player on the field, I think one of the guys is 60’s we are the practice team for the HS kids. Wish me luck, haven’t played in some time.

Football was brutal, but the sandbagging old geezers beat the HS team 2 to 1 to my dis beleif the coach wanted a conditioning game so we played 30min quarters , when we where done I though I wasn’t going to make it to the car. 1 shot on goal, 1 maybe groin pull, 2 bruised shines and a bird in a tree.
