Hey Brett got it on sd card but it will not upload. It wasn’t that bad, today is pretty sore on the quads. Your shoulders get a little raw around eight minutes. Any tips on uploading long clips.

Hey Git I didn’t think it would ever post here so I did just upload to youtube under (Ten Minute Squat Practice) go and check it out

Credit where credit’s due, that was an amazing video! I got tired just watching it. I might give it a go next time I’m stuck for ideas or between programs. Well done, that took some serious effort.

On a unrelated note, your dog is the spitting image of mine. I took a photo a couple of days ago. I’m taking a lot of pictures at the moment because she hasn’t got much time left, her kidneys are packing up. Love her to bits. Making the most of her right now, she’s getting a hell of a lot of tidbits and the expensive food in pouches. I tell her she shouldn’t be having it as she is just a mongrel and it’s meant for pedigree dogs, ha ha.

Brett thats funny mines a mut also, sometimes I think they are the least problematic of dogs healthwise. My other dog is a 165# NEWF. Another thing your garden bears a striking ressembelence to mine , I will post from a different angle so you can see what I mean. I’m going to try 225 to muscle failure I a couple of weeks.

I work that out to be nearly 50,000 lbs of squat volume. That is F**KING INSANE!!!

Hey Brett sorry have not been posting, summer comes and I don’t stop moving for very long. About the squats it is pretty insane but I have heard of other people doing it so I gotta try, not getting any younger. I am going to do a 50 rep in a couple of days and if its feeling go I may push onward, but I’m not intending to go there yet. Nice hearing from you. Have been lurking on your log occasionally.
