Hey Cav, worked about three months straight 96 hour weeks, slowed down in the fall to 70-80 hr weeks and now down to a good 60-70 hour work week and have all kinds of time on my hands. I went through about 95 tons of stone this summer all laid by hand, was a PB. How’s work going, are you still teaching. Any injuries, I have caught up some (seems like I am seeing a lot of injuries).

Cav - I see you did show some improvement, hang in there on the job front things are getting better.
Matty- Its good to be back, I just felt I was strong enough and now I want to cut some weight over the next 4 months and see where I am at. Also found a new goal , I am getting back into tactical shooting after a twenty year break. I found a event for the son and I to participate in as a team. So we a dedicating the next year in preparation.

Cav - #1 son is 16,have taught him some boxing , judo, and plays soccer. Used to play football but we have a very poor coaching staff that I didn’t think needed a shot at injuring him, so I pulled him. I just started having him lift for strength this year. He has a very advanced skill set in the combat sports. He surprised me at a bachelor party last fall while wrestling/rough housing he choked out a adult ( three time state champ class b wrestler) the guy outweighed him by 20 pounds and 10 years. He is a very gentle and humble kid by nature. He is just know starting to understand how the world works, and is starting to understand why I have taught him all the skills that I have.
I have been working out just not posting, honest.
