Hey dude.
Have you just been slacking on posting? or lifting? or both?
On both really, I have a landscape company on the side and we ha are busiest year yet last summer and while I was unable to lift,I didn’t back side to much. My squat suffered the greatest loses. nd weird but true my clean and jerk went up 20#. Any way I will be back to lifting and posting til april when I start back up with the landscaping.I will post a pic of the last job so you get the idea of what it takes to make your Clean and jerk go up 20 #'s without lifting. It was brutal.
Brett thats 24 ton of limestone and 50 tons of limestone fines. It represents 200 man hours over a 6 week period in addition to my regular job. Needless to say I stopped all lifting during that time to avoid a overuse injury. Wife hated me and the client loved me. Just got contracted for allmost all of next year by the same client and ordeded another 80 ton of slabs for next summer.

That’s a gorgeous property. Nice work on it!
Wow, what an awesome looking place! To think you get paid for working out! And job security for next year. Not bad.
Jack -it is some really nice country.
Cav- I know. Last summer when I would get off of work some people where like yah I 'm going to do fat blasters at the club today you want to come, I would reply nah I’m doing ass kickers at the lodge today.I was grateful to finish the season without a single serious injury.
Workout just some BP to 305x3 and 325x1,1,1

Well that’s a damn fine excuse for not lifting and very nice work Dude. How much would a place like that go for? Is it just a summer place? and is that a lake in the background? And I can see why they’re hiring you again.
I know how tiring shifting stones can be, I had to shift a fair few to widen our driveway in the summer.
This is the biggest one I managed to move by myself with a 5ft bar.
Brett- Thanks, Its expensive came with 300 acres, probably in the 7-900,000 US range. Man that is a big stone to be moving with a bar, least you can always move it back when under seige. I have a tractor for that size stone.
Beautiful, I love landscape that looks like that
Thanks Matty
