I’m about to order one of these 4 V-bar handle variants.
Any recommendation to decide between the rotating vs fixed anchor point and rotating vs fixed grips?
Thanks!

A. Go with the basics.
Skip the rubber grip and go for the bare steel handles.
The revolving anchor is not necessary for cable rows/pulldowns. And it could get in the way if you try to use the handle for rows with the barbell or chin ups.
For vertical or horizontal pulling?
Those handles suck.
If you use straps, the rubber grips are more difficult to tighten around the handles.
Mostly horizontal.
Any better recommendation?
Thanks
I like the horn bar, mag grips and D-handle for double or single arm rows. The v-bar has an awkward range of motion.
You know, after years of wrist and shoulder use/abuse, I find that I like strap-style handles instead of being fixed in one position, like these.
