Whats up folks.
Basically I’d like some help with setting up a student friendly meal plan. Heres my situation:
100/200m sprinter,training: mon- 5-7 x 60m sprints @ 100%, weights, tues- rest, wed- weights, thurs- 10-15 x 10m starts @ 90-95%, fri-weights, sat- rest, sun- rest.
I’m unsure of my caloric needs with this training but would like to eat enough to recover. I’d also like to add that I’m completely addicted to sweets and chocolate and tend to pick up a snickers or something when I’m hungry, hence why I would like to have meals planned and possibly simple enough to have them pre-made.
Any recommendations for meals/supplements throughout the day would be much appreciated. Thanks.
