Its a brotard fest.
I’m in same situation. No thanks to you. I’m left high and dry with no training updates.
I’m not sure what your saying here, what I can tell you is that this thread has been pure troll gold.
I was following your previous training log religiously. Many good exercise suggestions.
Thanks… I just wrapped up defranco’s old meat head Bad ass program.
and am back to my own programming.

I still keep a log in over 35 its not too hard to find.
there is a link to the last year or so there as well.

can see how an old banged up dude trains.
should this be more interesting then this thread

Im just doing a few days in the weight room not much time for more-

Im going to pull 500 while weighing about 190 ( not that far off)
and then get into a heavier phase of conditioning
with some stuff I want to play with.

hijack over…

There are couple of videos in youtube.

This one means Vale Tudo on the church

this one is one of the Priests and sponsors of the event talking about the mma and stuff

Ahh Screw it, i can’t take this anymore.

I was resting till afternoon striking session but i’ll go right now to the gym do my deadlift training, i need to deadlift or i will get crazy.

You just can’t make stuff up like that. On the other hand, I still feel a bit of a doubt that he might be laughing at us.

No, this is real, and it’s the gift that just keeps on giving.

My second workout with SuperCharger from LABRADA. I’m currently on Wendler 5/3/1, i was just going to deadlift, but i still had much more in tank

Deadlift 5 reps with 190lbs
3 reps with 210lbs
16 reps with 233lbs

Front Squat - PR 176lbs single

Kroc Rows - 30 reps with 67lbs

I spent a lot of time gasping for air after the deadlifts. I don’t know if this is allowed on the middle of reps, but sometimes i just had to get up and take some air otherwise i wouldn’t be able to pull it off the floor.

Today my GPP cancelled training because it’s holiday and the academy is closed so ill just do the striking training on the afternoon, today will be pure striking, no wrestling, no submission, oh boy. This is going to be fun.

Also, just weighted myself this morning i’m sitting around 215.6lbs and i lost 1.6 inches from my waist in ONE frikkin week, one monday is going to make exactly one well that i’m eating only salmon and veggies with shoyu and olive oil

You should do striking training when you’re fresh…I’m just sayin’

But then again…you weren’t lifting heavy or high volume…AND you’re just doing this for “fun.”

Wait a minute…did you just say that you hit a Front Squat PR of 176lbs??

Wow, this threads wins in so many ways. I’m gonna be sad when the fight ends because this thread will die along with a little piece of all of us.

“Cable sprints with lunge at the end”

I’m also curious about your fight, keep us posted!

This is pure Gold. I can’t wait to see the fight video.

Yeah i always backsquat PL style, the last time i did front squats it was around with 155lbs, maybe my core is too weak for that.

Today training was mostly sparring.

Worked mostly on counter-punching, takedowns and footwork.

Got several Takedowns, a couple of counters and one Darce Choke from the top half-guard. But, got knocked down with a straight cross counter in the middle of my nose, almost broke it.

edit: Forgot to post: yesterday night training was 45 minutes of cardio, hill brisk walks made my heartrate really high. I hate even walking, can you imagine sprinting?

BTW, i’m laughing real loud now, my critics in this thread like Enders Drift, is a skinny kid whose deadlift PR is around 275lbs, omg, T-Nation, you are getting SUPER TROLLED these days.

“Some quick figures:
Started hating myself in August of 2008. Started really doing something about it in May of 2009. I began at 140 lb at 5’9”. I am now 160 lb at 5’10" (I contribute this inch to improved posture). I got a free bodyfat test at my gym the other day, it was my first time ever having that checked. I’m sitting at 10%. I eat fairly healthy, predominately fish, chicken, and vegetables."

So the guy is lifting for TWO ENTIRE YEARS and only gained 20lbs? you silly skinny bastard that’s what i call slow bulk, you must do that super correct clean bulk that every skinny weak strawman talk about…

weight at 214.7lbs

afternoon training: Wrestling. Worked mostly on cardio and improving defense while tired. Did lots of sprawl and after all wrestling rolled a little bit working on technique.

night training: Muay Thai sparring. Did 3 rounds of 3 minutes with the biggest guy there. Scored goods leg kicks and on the 3 round scored a knock-down from the clinch with a flurry of knees to the stomach and chest.

Fourth Round was with Marfio Canoletti(Former K-1 fighter), almost got knocked-down by a left hook, but got a good clinch on him. if it was MMA i would had been able to take him to the ground.

.

Quite strange that people get knocked down and stuff on training…
Ok you can go hard but really getting knocked down on left hooks and knees is just asking for injuries.

No way brah! That means you ain’t trainin hard enough! As my sensei always said, if you ain’t bleeding you ain’t trainin!!

Ow my fault sorry, will put my gloves in glue and then in glass next time we train.
Got to talk to my trainer about this blood factor we need to put in practise :stuck_out_tongue:

Today i will work on mitts and some aerobic with the rowing machine.

I twisted my ankle on last sparring, yesterday just rested.
