Hopeing for some advice on my Physique, lagging body parts, constructive advice etc.
Been lifting and eating properly for around a year, started at 22% bodyfat (according do a unrelyable tester)
I belive i know what im up to training and eating wise currently doing so as below
Diet, Carb Cycling High, Medium, Low, Medium, High, Medium, Low
Low Day
Meal Protein Carbs Fats
1 30 35 0
2 30 0 15
3 30 0 15
4 30 0 15
PWO 30 35 0
5 30 0 15
Total 180 70 60
I know numbers are low but i do not count bi products, numbers with everything added are probably 15% higher at least.
And training wise im following Lane Nortons PHAT training,
Day 1 Upper Body Power (High Carbs)
Day 2 Lower body Power (medium carbs)
day 3 Off/cardio (low carbs)
day 3 back/shoulders hypertrophy (medium)
day 4 legs hypertrophy (High carb)
day 5 chest arms hypertrophy (medium carb)
day 6 rest/cardio.
Pictures were taken 4 weeks ish before stage for the 5 pics together and other ones were 1 week out (excuse the fagboy posing please), i did a regional champs physique, didnt do to well but learnt a huge amount about myself and realised how far i have to go.
Ya the pose does suck. Congrads on doing a show, that takes balls! It looks like you are headed in the right direction but still have a boyish look. As always more mass would help but try to fill out that upper and lower clavicle.
There Wheels are lagging, i have been training them so bloody hard and they are coming up slowly, ill get a picture of them soon but i know there behind and i am absolutly smashing them so dont need to really be told that they are haha.

More traditional as in one bodypart per week kind of thing?
