Help Me, I'm Losing Muscle

JS,
Forgot this was the Beginner Forum.

However, there is a difference between a diet being hypocaloric and a diet that is “not in check”.

IE, V-Diet.

We also don’t know your height (I think) if you are short, 2500-3000 cals might do it at your weight, but if you are tall, you are screwed. I need at least 4000 cals to put on any reasonable mass, but closer to 5000 is better.

Forget about MRP for now, you need to learn how to eat real food right now. I used to eat a few DQ blizzards (ice cream) a day, and a couple of cans of coke while playing 10+ hours of basketball a day. I weighed 160 lbs at 6’5". Now, I can eat 3 small villages in a single meal, but it didn’t happen over night.

It’s hard, and eating when you are full does suck, but you get used to it. In another thread, someone asked about drinking oil to get cals up, and profx warned them that if they do that, they’ll never learn to eat real food. I think the same advice stands here.

Thanks guys for all the help it is very much apprieciated. By the way I am only 5’8".

Thanks again,

Douglas

One of these days I will break down and buy a camera, and maybe you will see what you have to work with.
